Beams and floor

Nick’s been working all weekend (and most of last ) on the box beam ceilings. I’ll let him tell all about it later, but here is a quick photo that shows a little bit of the progress on both.

Now it won’t be long and Atticus will be crawling about. The floor and beams are fantastic. I am glad you held back until so much was done . You and Nick and Atticus have a home.

Wow…I’m impressed. More than impressed, jealous too. You’re going to get lots of great light in there, and your floors are gorgeous.

I’m not sure how I got to this page, but I just googled ‘mudding and taping, seattle’ and this is what I got. But I am glad I did. We are currently doing a house renovation in Seattle and are about to get some prices on mudding and taping. We hung the drywall already. Would you recommend the mudders and tapers that you used? If so, would it be possible to send us thier contact information? How were their prices? Quality? Responsiveness? Thanks. You can e-mail me at ccalvano75@hotmail.com.

Jocelyn - this is the dining room! The kitchen is out of frame, around the corner from the chimney. We’ll post pics of it soon, it’s all new too.

Oh the dining room! Well, it looks really great. We have a coffered ceiling in our dining room I think you know. It gives a really warm feeling and I think you’ll enjoy it :)
