The bank lady called and the appraisal came in way above what it needed to be! Woohoo! Once she gets the title pulled and verified (next week?), we can go in and sign the papers. First floor renovation, here we come!

Congrats! I knew it would come through for you- that stuff is so nerve wracking though. Hey, guess what- got my digital camera today on your prodding- I said enough’s enough! Charging it now- photos soon :)
