Tool of the Month - May 2005
New at Pigeon Point Project is our “Tool of the Month”! This month I’ve picked my much loved nipper/pliers. Read about them here. Nick used ours to pull out all these nails this weekend!

Over here at Lakewood 2-flat, we agree the nippers is a good tool! That’s quite a pile of nails. If you’re gutting your kitchen and I think you are, I foresee a few more plates full in the near future but since you have the nippers, you can take it! I like pry bars for taking out nails when you aren’t so concerned about damage etc…
