Friends

Where would we all be without friends? I mentioned to a friend that Nick had decided to hang the drywall himself and that we would then hire out the mudding and taping. Luckily this isn’t a friend who gets tired of hearing about our projects and instead told me that she owns a drywall jack. One of my jobs this week was to research and find the best place to rent one & I think I did pretty good. (Thanks Marilu- you’re the best!). She delivered it this morning and it is waiting to help lift some drywall to our ceiling- boy will our backs be relieved! It’s always good to know people that have expertise and or tools that can help. If we could all just have a neighbor like Greg at the Petch House has so we don’t need to run to the store for more plumbing fittings. By the end of the weekend we should have some great photos to share. I better go take some now to show where we started. Here’s to everyone having a productive weekend! Our weekend starts tonight as Nick has tomorrow off. Atticus and I are playing supportive roles, while Nick gets to work. And they say the weekends are relaxing?
